Please read these Terms carefully before installing or using Textly. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Textly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Textly for personal and professional purposes under these Terms. You may not distribute, modify or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Key Features

Textly captures text from the desktop, copies recognised text to the clipboard, stores clipboard history locally, recognises and opens URLs from captured text, and does not use cloud storage for this data.

4. User Data & Privacy

Textly does not collect, store or sync user content to the cloud. Clipboard history and captured text remain on the device, and the app does not track or analyse that content.

5. User Responsibilities

Use Textly only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the software, use it for malicious activities or interfere with its proper functioning.

6. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify or distribute Textly beyond allowed personal or professional use, use it for unlawful activity, or attempt to extract source code, decompile or reverse-engineer it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Textly is provided “as is” without expressed or implied warranties. Uninterrupted or error-free performance is not guaranteed, and MacThru is not responsible for data loss resulting from use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

MacThru is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use Textly. Users remain responsible for their data and content usage.

9. Termination

Access may be terminated or suspended when these Terms are violated.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of India.
